Aufgaben:

  • Support R&D, Project Buyer and Development Team in Supplier selection of new buy components from external supplier during all the sourcing phases
  • Act as “One-voice” towards Suppliers across all Marelli
  • Ensure supply risk analysis evaluation in the early project phase latest the tender list definition via E-Sourcing tool
  • Participate to Technical Analysis and validate suppliers’ solutions in terms of Quality, Technical/ Process solutions, Capability and Timing in line with the project team
  • Ensure lessons learned application through feasibility commitment and Technical Analysis approval
  • Ensure the implementation of Commodity state of the art and best in class standards/practice requirements in supplier processes through the application of Commodity Quality Check List
  • Ensure the transmission and implementation of Customer Specific Requirements
  • Ensure the implementation of Special Characteristics and apply the appropriate control methodology
  • Validate the Supplier APQP Review performed by or with the suppliers
  • Follow up the planning, execution and completion of all tasks required for Production part Approval Process (PPAP) evaluation and approval
  • Take decisions, autonomously solve problems, escalate properly towards Supplier and/or Marelli management
  • Work across a global, matrixed organization, share and learn best practices
  • Participate to any relevant technical meeting with R&D and Suppliers
  • Support any APQP reporting requested at plant / Division/ Marelli level for the components in charge of SDE
  • Validate the supplier action plan at project level, ensure its availability on the APQP Data Base
  • Apply the APQP CQCL
  • Measure the effectiveness of APQP process, by means of reverse APQP process analysis, based on claims occurred before G7
  • Support Change Management process and promote second sourcing

Anforderungen:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Industrial sectors (mechanical, electrical, materials engineering, Physics or equivalent, preferable in his / her business)
  • English fluent, additional language is preferred
  • Solid experience in industrial sector, quality field. Professional experience in automotive industry preferred. Experience in supplier quality field is appreciated. To be an expert in one dedicated technology (either electronic, either plastic, either metallic)

  • Analysis and synthesis skills, ability to propose solutions and take responsibilities, bear up to pressure, deal with suppliers Management
  • Able to negotiate and convince, to manage meetings
  • Perfect knowledge of approach and experience in new component development: supplier selection, Requirement definition, Advance Product Quality Planning, verification of production capacity, Initial Samples Control Reports validation, Production Part Approval Process; experience in Process Audit (qualified Auditor according to VDA 6.3 mandatory)
  • Knowledge and practice of quality tools: Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Statistical Process Control, Process capabilities, Pareto, problem solving methods (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Fault Tree Analysis, experience capitalization, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Quality Norm IATF 16949, Quality, Environmental (ISO14001) and safety requirements (ISO18001)
  • Good knowledge of MS office suites
  • Travel availability (30–50%)
