Aufgaben:

  • From G1 onwards ensure the BOM application at Demand Management per project under respective responsibility
  • Ensure the Supply Risk Assessment execution for each new project launched
  • Be the interface in front of PME organization for any APQP topics
  • Interface with Quality Development for Customer audit and escalation linked to new projects
  • Ensure the respect of APQP process from sourcing phase till launch of Safe Launch application and handover to the manufacturing Plant
  • Limit all the Change Request during the APQP execution
  • Ensure that APQP activities are planned in line with Marelli Gates review and preferable prior the Gate review date
  • Together with the Project Buyer provide all the relevant input for the APQP Governance
  • Provide all the SQ relevant KDs to the project team and guaranty updates inside PME Tool
  • Manage all the internal escalations activities to remove the road block identified during the APQP Governance
  • Escalate to the SDE Manager lack of SDE resources availability, when relevant
  • Execution of DMSP for all type of components including Carry Over

Anforderungen:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Industrial sectors (mechanical, electrical, materials engineering, Physics or equivalent, preferable in the area of his / her business)
  • English fluent, additional language is preferred
  • Solid experience in industrial sector, quality field. Experience in project management appreciated
  • Target oriented
  • Ability to launch escalation when needed and manage critical situation
  • People skills and teamwork spirit, ability to negotiate and convince
  • Analysis and synthesis skills, ability to propose solutions and take responsibilities, bear up to pressure, deal with suppliers Management
  • Project management knowledge
  • Conflict Management knowledge
  • Deep knowledge of approach and experience in new component development: supplier selection, Requirement definition, Advance Product Quality Planning, verification of production capacity, Initial Samples Control Reports validation, Production Part Approval Process; experience in Process Audit is appreciated
  • Knowledge and practice of quality tools: Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Statistical Process Control, Process capabilities, Pareto, problem solving methods (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Fault Tree Analysis, experience capitalization, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Quality Norm IATF 16949, ISO 14001v, ISO18001
  • Good knowledge on Gant project management
