Your Profile

  • Study in Economics or Management/Industrial Engineering career
  • Highly motivated to work in Logistics/Supply Chain Management 
  • Excellent ability to work with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must
  • Team working attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactivity approach
  • Fluent in German and English, Italian or Spanish would be well appreciated

Your Responsibilities

  • Measurement of delivery performance of the Automotive Lighting Plants:
    • Follow up of delivery performance for OEM and OES premium customers worldwide
    •  Consolidate the customer service level on plant/customer basis
    • Support the customer service team regarding global logistic issues for international  customers
    • Follow up of specific customer logistic topics for OEM and OES business
    • Participation in Customer events
  • Define and control  standards in use of Customer softwaretools
  • Develope KPI-tools
  • Investigate best practises approaches and create gap analyses
